Javier is a Founding Partner of ABE CAPITAL PARTNERS and a member of its Investment Committee.

Prior to joining ABE CAPITAL PARTNERS, Javier was a Partner at Alantra Private Equity (formerly known as Nmás1), which he joined in 2007. At Nmás1, Javier was responsible for, among others, the investments in Teltronic, Tryo and Salto Systems.

Javier has a comprehensive vision of the Private Equity industry and has had exposure to various industries and situations working in companies such as Arthur Andersen, Alpha Corporate, MCH Private Equity (2003-2006) and IKB (German bank specialised in Acquisition Finance, where Javier was the head of the team in Spain).

​Javier holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Deusto (San Sebastián).

Manuel is a Founding Partner of ABE CAPITAL PARTNERS and a member of its Investment Committee.

Prior to joining ABE CAPITAL PARTNERS, Manuel worked for Alantra Private Equity (formerly known as Nmás1) from 2007 to 2014 where he played a relevant role in several of the fund's investments such as Teltronic, Tryo and Secuoya. Manuel also was involved in the firm's expansion to America, co-leading the launch of a new fund in Mexico.

In 2014, Manuel left Alantra to co-found Seabird Capital, an M&A boutique focused on mid-market transactions.

Manuel holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Seville.

Pablo is a Founding Partner of ABE CAPITAL PARTNERS and a member of its Investment Committee.

Prior to joining ABE CAPITAL PARTNERS, Pablo worked as a Manager at Bain & Company, which he joined in 2015. At Bain, Pablo advised several Private Equity funds and multinational companies on commercial due-diligence, value creation plans, strategic plans and transformational projects in different geographies.

Pablo started his career at Dragados, where he worked on construction projects in Spain and the United States.

Pablo holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and an MBA from INSEAD.

Camila joined ABE CAPITAL PARTNERS in 2019 as General Manager.

Prior to joining ABE CAPITAL PARTNERS, Camila was CFO in a Basque industrial SME since 2005.

She has developed her entire professional career in areas related to Finance and Management Control. She started her career working in large multinationals such as Iberdrola, Panda Software and Deloitte, where she held different positions.

Camila holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Basque Country (Sarriko).

Ieneko joined ABE CAPITAL PARTNERS in April 2023 as Investment Director.

Prior to joining ABE CAPITAL PARTNERS, Ieneko worked as a Director at AZ Capital, which he joined in 2018. Ieneko advised on different M&A and capital markets projects. Previously, Ieneko was part, as an Associate, of the US fund TPG Special Situations Group team in London. Prior to that, he worked at JP Morgan, where he developed his career in the European infrastructure team based in London.

Ieneko holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Comercial de Deusto, Bilbao, and a Master in Finance from ESADE, Barcelona.

Urko is an Associate at ABE CAPITAL PARTNERS and a member of its Investment Team. He joined ABE CAPITAL PARTNERS in March 2020 for his university internship, subsequently becoming an Investment Analyst.

Prior to joining ABE CAPITAL PARTNERS, Urko had interned at BNFIX Spain (audit firm) and Cefla Arredamenti (industrial multinational).

Urko holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management and a Programme for Management Development from the University of Deusto (Bilbao), having completed a specialisation in Finance and an international exchange program at Tianjin University (Tianjin, China).

Ignacio joined ABE CAPITAL PARTNERS in April 2022 as an Investment Analyst.

Prior to joining ABE CAPITAL PARTNERS, Ignacio worked for a year in the Leveraged Finance department at Natixis (Madrid). Previously he joined the Graduate Talent Program from the Corporate & Investment Banking division at Banco Santander and completed an internship at Marsh Risk & Capital, team specialized in corporate finance consulting.

Ignacio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Deusto (Bilbao) and a Master’s degree in Finance from CUNEF (Madrid), having completed a summer internship in Colombia and an international exchange program at Uppsala University (Sweden).

Alejandro joined ABE CAPITAL PARTNERS in June 2022 for an internship, joining as an Investment Analyst in October 2022.

Prior to joining ABE CAPITAL PARTNERS, Alejandro had completed an internship at Iberdrola S.A. within the Global Purchasing Department.

Alejandro is a graduate of the Deusto Finance Programme from the University of Deusto (Bilbao), which includes a Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration and Management, a Certificate in Quantitative Finance, and finally, a Master’s in finance, having completed during his degree an international exchange program at SGH Warsaw School of Economics (Warsaw, Poland).

Cristina joined ABE Capital Partners in May 2022 as Office Manager.

Previously, she worked as Management assistant in a language school. Her first years of professional career were developed between Malaga and Bilbao, in companies such as Auren Consultores or Melia Hotels International. In 2019, she specialized in the Business tourism, working in a DMC agency organizing MICE events for companies of the french-speaking market. After finishing her degree, she was living in Ireland and France, hence she speaks fluently both languages.

Cristina has a Degree in Tourism from the University of Deusto and a Master in Management & Planning of Tourism from the University of Malaga
